How to use the date calculator
Choose Days between dates to count the time between a start and end date, including the number of weekdays. Choose Add or subtract to find the date a set number of days, weeks, months or years from a starting date.
Should the end date be included?
By default, the count excludes the end date, which matches how durations are usually measured. Turn on "Count the end date" when you need both the first and last day included, such as counting days of an event.
Frequently asked questions
How many days until the end of the year?
Set the start date to today and the end date to December 31. The calculator shows the days remaining.
Does it count public holidays?
No. Weekdays are Monday to Friday and do not exclude public holidays.
